Data Protection - Protection of your personal information
We are happy to see you visited our Internet pages and we are happy you are interested in our company. For this reason, we would like you to feel secure. Therefore, it is very important to us to protect your personal information. In general, this site can be visited without us requiring your personal information. We only collect personal information to the extent it is technically necessary. In any case, we will not sell your information or share it with third parties for any other reasons without your express consent.
Communication by e-mail
If you send us an e-mail, then we will use your e-mail address solely for the purpose of corresponding with you. Unencrypted e-mails can be read by third parties. Therefore, in your best interest, we only answer requests containing sensitive data by standard postal service.
Communication by job application form
All information provided in the application form will be used exclusively for the purpose of correspondence. We will correspond by e-mail in accordance with the criteria set out above.
Access data
We, the website operator or page provider, collect data on access to the website on the basis of our legitimate interest (see Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f. GDPR) and store these as ‘server log files’ on the website server. The following data is logged in this way:
- Visited Website
- Access timestamp
- Amount of transferred data in byte
- Referrer
- Browser
- Operating System
- IP-Address
The server log files are stored for a maximum of 7 days and then deleted. The data is stored for security reasons, e.g. to be able to clarify cases of misuse. If data has to be retained as evidence, it is excluded from deletion until the incident has been resolved.
Use and Sharing of Information
If you have provided us with personal information, we will use it according to the applicable provisions such as for answering your questions, for processing contracts concluded with you and for technical administration. Your information will not be shared with third parties without your consent and it will not be used for any other than the above referenced purposes. We have taken technical and organizational steps to ensure compliance with the provisions of the data protection and principles of data security so that your information is protected from unauthorized access, loss or destruction. Our safety measures are continuously improved in accordance with the technological development. Our employees are bound to maintain confidentiality of social data and they are regularly familiarized with the principles of data protection.
The Right to Information and the Right of Revocation
Of course, upon your request we are happy to provide you free information in accordance with Section 34 of the German Data Protection Act (BDSG) and we will tell you what type of personal information we have stored and what procedure of automatic processing is used to store these. You have the right to revoke any consent you provided at any time effective in the future. Subsequently, we will promptly delete any stored personal information.
