On our 4- and 5-axis milling machines, we put the finishing touches to rotation-symmetrical components by adding milling contours, produce prismatic components from solid material or machine complex cast and forged parts. Pallet storage systems on various machines help us to work efficiently.

A large number of CNC lathes are available at our sites for the production of rotationally symmetrical components. From small sliding headstock automatic lathes and state-of-the-art turning/milling centres to large vertical lathes - we can supply you with turned parts in almost any dimension, complexity and quantity.

We can manufacture components that require centric or eccentric deep-hole drilling completely in-house. Thanks to our own deep-hole drilling machines, we can avoid time-consuming subcontracting and thus offer you short delivery times. In addition to being able to produce holes with a high length-to-diameter ratio, deep-hole drilling also offers a high surface quality with high productivity.

By investing in the automation of our production processes, we are able to manufacture large quantities efficiently and offer competitive prices. Pallet handling systems on both lathes and milling machines as well as bar feeders on a large number of lathes further enhance our machinery.

Should you require a particularly smooth surface for your parts, this is no problem for us either. In the smooth rolling process, we can smoothen the surface of a component by reshaping the roughness peaks by 50% - 95% compared to pre-machining.

We can also support you if you have special requirements for the strength of a component. Through the deep rolling process, residual compressive stresses can be introduced in the edge zone to a depth of 1-2 mm in order to prevent the growth of cracks under mechanical stress and to achieve increased dynamic strength.

Our modern milling and turning machines enable us to machine your components with high precision and high surface quality. In most cases, this means that grinding can be avoided. However, if this is not sufficient, or if a material cannot be machined in any other way due to its hardness, we can also offer you cylindrical and surface grinding.

Each of our production sites is equipped with several vertical and horizontal bandsaws so that we can cut bar and sheet material up to a size of 1,200 x 1,200 x 4,000 mm in-house.

For the production of complex contours with high precision, we also have wire-cutting available at our site in Salzwedel. In wire EDM, the material is "cut" with a wire by an electrical discharge between the wire and the material. The material is separated by the resulting thermal energy.

Wire EDM is available for parts sized up to 800 x 800 x 400 mm.

If required, we can also manufacture entire subassemblies for you, including the production of all individual parts and installation. This reduces your coordination effort and you receive a ready-to-install subassembly from us.
